If your headache is guest communication across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, its AI Copilot and templated automations are the strongest reason to pick it, and reviewers consistently single this out. The pricing model is honest and self-serve: a base fee plus a couple of dollars per extra property, no onboarding fee, and a real free tier. The catch is depth: no native accounting (QuickBooks only at the top Mogul tier), a smaller integration marketplace than Hostaway or Guesty, and smart-home support that is thin and metered. AI messaging: the actual reason to buy it

The differentiator is communication automation. Hospitable's Copilot AI assistant suggests replies, automated guest messaging runs on templates and scheduling, and the platform can draft guest reviews. The free Essentials tier includes automated messaging, while the full Copilot AI sits on the paid tiers. This is the feature reviewers praise most consistently.
